Mark Thomas is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University. Mark is a non-practising barrister, specialising in criminal law and property law. Mark previously taught at the University of Sheffield. Claire McGourlay teaches criminal evidence and miscarriages of justice at the University of Manchester, and is the School of Social Science Director of External Relations. Prior to this she was the Law School Director of Teaching and Learning. She also runs the Miscarriage of Justice Review Centre.
