At Capgemini, he also developed a SharePoint Online knowledge management platform for the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization and adopted Microsoft Azure Chatbots to enhance customer communication. Charles's career includes a five-year tenure at ATOS (formerly SIEMENS Information Systems Limited), where he managed SAP-based communities using Technoweb 2.0 and on-premises SharePoint. He also served as the global rollout manager for a structured document-management system. An accomplished author, Charles has written several books on Microsoft 365 technologies, including Viva Engage, SharePoint Online, Azure Chatbots, and ChatGPT.
