Heba AlShehhi is an ambitious Emirati leader who is currently the Head of PMO at Dubai Municipality. With 19 years of experience in the government sector, she specializes in PMO establishment, operations, portfolio and project management, municipal business development, benefit realization, and strategy execution. She has been with Dubai Municipality since 2005, holding various technical and leadership roles. Her career highlights include leading the establishment of the Enterprise PMO, which significantly raised the organizational maturity within a short period of time. She has been recognized with multiple awards, including the World PMO Leader of the Year 2023 and Asia-Pacific PMO Leader of the Year 2023, and she played a key role in Dubai Municipality's recognition as the Best PMO of the Year in 2021 from PMOGA (PMO Global Alliance) and in 2022 from PMI (Project Management Institute).Heba holds a Master's degree in Project Management and possesses several professional certifications in PMOs, project management, organizational agility, and Information Technology, including PMP, ACP, TOGAF, ITIL, PMO-Certified Practitioner, PMO-Certified Consultant, and Certified Business Agility Assessor.Additionally, she is also a public speaker, a contemporary artist and co-founder and strategic lead of Bayt AlFann. She is actively involved as the PMOGA MENA Regional Hub Lead by PMO Global Alliance under the umbrella of Project Management Institute.
