Resilience promotion is described in the media as a panacea, and interest in this area is also growing in research. This paper examines the influence of (academic) educational attainment on resilience-promoting education at the Pilgerbrunnen children's home. Using a specially developed questionnaire, employees are asked about the promotion of protective factors for children in educational practice. The questionnaires are evaluated using SPSS, whereby the influence of educational attainment on resilience promotion at the employee level is investigated. In addition, further measures are discussed that could standardise and further support resilience promotion at the Pilgerbrunnen children's home.
