Dr. Frankl, MBA, PhD, has extensive experience in IT, telecommunications, and business re-engineering. He has held various technical, marketing, and management roles at IBM Canada and CGI, contributing to numerous strategic projects in both private and public sectors. After relocating to Victoria, BC in the early 90s, Dr. Frankl held executive positions, including CFO, President, and CEO of several Canadian hi-tech businesses. Currently, he is a Professor Emeritus at University Canada West, a member of Global University Systems, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Victoria's School of Health Information Science, and the Program Chair of the Master in Information Technology Management at Yorkville University, BC, Canada.
