The ongoing development and increased complexity of modern societies creates the urgent need to focus on a more substantial management of public services. A characteristic element of human-centered public management is improved digital integration, organization development, and leadership practices. The ability to respond to society's needs becomes a key pursuit of contemporary management approaches given the demand for government policies that achieve more and cost less. In this context, public sectors may further redefine their operations by providing more, better, and faster services through e-government platforms and emotionally aware administrative practices. Digital Transformation, Leadership, and Human-Centered Public Management explores how organizations integrate digital technology and improved leadership practices into public sectors. It examines challenges in ethics and law, governance and business regulations, and human resources management. This book covers topics such as e-government, knowledge management, and business strategy, and is a useful resource for business owners, public service officials, policymakers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
