His research focuses on various elements of public administration and public management, including civil service, strategic planning and management, participatory initiatives and digitalization, COVID-19-induced changes, and resilience and robustness of crisis management and governance. Steven Nõmmik is a Researcher at the School of Business and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. His research interests are connected to public management, hybrid governance arrangements in crisis management, and innovation studies.
