Her research focuses on sustainable supply chain management and the digitization of processes in inter-organizational buyer–supplier relationships. Hicham Abbad is Senior Lecturer of Management Sciences at Nantes University, France. His research focuses on the management of customer–supplier inter-organizational relationships. He is currently interested in the organizational transformation of supply chains brought about by the use of emerging technologies.
