Immigrant communities facing displacement have increasingly turned to social media as a platform to share their testimonies, connect to their communities, and build new support networks. Due to existing structural inequities, women face unique challenges, such as discrimination and violence, human trafficking, economic deprivation, and conflicting cultural norms.
