Dr. Mahmoud Hawamdeh is an expert and researcher specializing in education technology, digital learning, and digital citizenship. He serves as an Assistant Professor at Al-Quds Open University, teaching and supervising graduate students while conducting innovative research on enhancing education through digital tools and methodologies. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Hawamdeh has held leadership roles, including Director of the Continuing Education Center and Center for Digital Learning, where he implemented transformative digital education initiatives. He has also coordinated international projects under Erasmus+ and UNICEF, focusing on virtual reality, STEAM education, and digital skills development. A prolific author and speaker, Dr. Hawamdeh has published extensively on blended learning, problem-based learning, and digital citizenship, contributing to global discourse on education technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from Near East University and certifications such as the Moodle Educator Certification (MEC).
