Maternal and child well-being is an essential element of life on earth, as mothers and children are very important in the procreation of human beings. However, the situation is critical in underdeveloped countries such as Cameroon, where, according to the EDS-MICS, over 6,000 women and children under the age of 05 die every year as a result of a number of problems that could have been avoided. One of these problems is the lack of medical infrastructures specialized in maternal and child health, which is observed in several regions, such as West Cameroon, where the populations of the town of Bafoussam and the surrounding area really suffer from this social scourge. To help build health care for all in Cameroon, we proposed the design of a gyneco-obstetric and pediatric hospital in the town of Bafoussam, at Kouékong. To solve this problem, we had to answer the main question: how could we design a hospital that would solve the health problems of women and children under the age of 05 in the region?
