Included are the basics of an acceptable estimate, how to estimate costs of code upgrades, and tips on the most efficient ways builders can help unlock claims stuck because there is a lack of agreement on the cost to rebuild.

Today he's a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating BW Builder and West Coast Diesels, a truck repair company. He's also an inventor, having come up with the design for a new alignment pin to help work trucks stay in alignment longer.
