I had to keep the lights on while reading this book. Be prepared to shake and shiver!” —Jazma Online “Throughout history, most cultures have believed in curses; the idea that a dark and harmful influence can be placed on another person, an object, or a place. This even extends to specific enterprises and the making of a motion picture such as The Exorcist, The Omen or The Twilight Zone. Curses are usually place deliberately, with the full intention of causing harm. There is a school of thought that cursing a specific individual can be more dangerous to the person inflicting the curse than it can be to the intended recipient.” —Haunted Magazine ““Dark Spirits: Monsters, Demons, and Devils” explores the shadowy corners of folklore. … The book offers a compelling blend of historical research, personal anecdotes, and chilling tales. … [H]e explores a diverse array of dark beings.
