Saniya Zahoor, PhD Assistant Professor, Department of Information Technology, NIT Srinagar, India Saniya Zahoor is currently working as Assistant Professor, in Department of Information Technology, National Institute of Technology, NIT Srinagar, India. She also worked as Assistant Professor in Computer Science Department, University of Kashmir, India. She has done her Ph.D from NIT Srinagar, M.E from Pune University and B.E from University of Kashmir. She has authored and co-authored many Scopus and SCI journals and conferences. Her work is published in highly reputed publishers. She has received “Best Student” award from Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), “Gold Medal” from University of Kashmir and “First Ranker” award from University of Pune. She has worked in various organizations like TRDDC Pune, DRDO Delhi, Blackberry and University of Kashmir. Her current working research areas include Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics, Fog–Cloud computing, Data Mining, Web personalization. She is also the reviewer of many reputed SCI journals. Moreover, she also qualified NET with high percentile. Shabir Ahmad Sofi, PhD Associate Professor, Department of Information Technology, NIT Srinagar, India As an Associate Professor in Information Technology, Shabir Ahmad Sofi specializes in combining his passion for technology with his dedication to education and research.With 15 years of expertise in various areas of IT, he strives to create innovative solutions and foster a dynamic learning environment for his students. Throughout his career, he has been actively engaged in research endeavors, publishing his findings in reputable academic journals and presenting at international conferences. His research interests span areas like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Cyber Physical Systems and Cloud Computing. By conducting rigorous research, he aims to contribute to the body of knowledge in IT and address real-world challenges faced by organizations and individuals. Through his work as an Associate Professor in Information Technology, he is dedicated to making a positive impact in academia, industry, and society as a whole. Prabal Verma, PhD Assistant Professor, Department of Information Technology, NIT Srinagar, India Prabal Verma is currently working as Assistant Professor, in Department of Information Technology, National Institute of Technology, NIT Srinagar, India. He also worked as Assistant Professor under TEQIP-III and before joining NIT Srinagar, he was Assistant Professor-I, in Computer Science and Engineering Department, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, India. He did his doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He received his M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. His work is published in highly reputed publishers. His current working research areas include Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Fog–Cloud computing. He is also the reviewer of many reputed SCI journals. He has handled multiple projects under his TEQIP-III tenure. He is also the editorial board member of Word Scientific Journal (Q3, Scopus), Journal of Information & Knowledge Management. Moreover, he also qualified GATE and NET with high percentile. Victor Sheng, PhD Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, Texas Tech University Victor Sheng is currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science at Texas Tech University. He received the MSc degree from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, NB, Canada, and the PhD degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, ON, Canada, both in computer science, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He is the founding director of Data Analytics Laboratory, University of Central Arkansas. After receiving the PhD degree, he was an associate research scientist and NSERC postdoctoral fellow in information systems with the Stern Business School, New York University, New York, NY, USA. His research interests include data mining, machine learning, crowdsourcing, and related applications. He has published more than 140 research papers in conferences and journals of machine learning and data mining. Most papers were published in top journals and conferences in data science, such as PAMI, TNNLS, TKDE, AAAI, KDD, IJCAI, and ACMMM. He is an SPC and PC member for many international conferences and a reviewer of more than twenty international journals. He was the recipient of the best paper award runner up from KDD’08, the best paper award from ICDM’11, the best student paper award finalist from WISE’15, and the best paper award from ICCCS’18.
