Dee Ann Turner built and grew a thirty-three-year career at Chick-fil-A, Inc. In 2001, she became Chick-fil-A's first female officer--vice president, talent--responsible for franchisee selection, talent acquisition, talent management and development, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, and social responsibility and sustainability. She now leads her own company, Dee Ann Turner & Associates, helping organizations create and strengthen culture and talent to better serve customers. A sought-after speaker, she has shared her expertise at venues such as the Coca-Cola Company, Dr Pepper/Snapple, Propel Women Leadership Summit with John Maxwell and Christine Caine, Right Now Media, Truth at Work Conference, Clemson University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Texas A & M, and the US Air Force Academy's National Leadership and Character Symposium, among others.
