Marcelo Jasmim Meiriño is a professor at Fluminense Federal University (UFF) in Brazil, specializing in the School of Engineering. He also holds positions as a professor in the Doctoral Program in Sustainable Management Systems (PPSIG UFF) and the Master Program on Management Systems (MSG UFF). Marcelo's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Management, Production, Quality, and Sustainable Development. He is a versatile professional, being both an Architect and Urban Planner and holding a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, along with certification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. He is the coordinator at the Innovation Center and Technology for Sustainability (NITS / UFF) and is an expert in Sustainability and Energy Efficiency in Buildings. He is a respected member of the Social Responsibility Commission at the Brazilian Institute of Oil, Gas, and Biofuels (IBP). Additionally, he coordinates the National Congress on Management Excellence (CNEG). Osvaldo Luiz Gonçalves Quelhas currently serves as the coordinator of the Technology, Business, and Environment Management Laboratory (LATEC UFF, Brazil) and holds the position of Professor at Fluminense Federal University (UFF) within the School of Engineering. Additionally, Osvaldo takes on leadership roles as the coordinator and professor in the Doctoral Program in Sustainable Management Systems (PPSIG UFF) and as the vice coordinator and professor in the Master Program on Management Systems (MSG UFF). With a Ph.D. in Production Engineering and a background as a civil engineer, Osvaldo's academic and practical expertise is well-rounded.
