Zoe Diana Draelos is Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Dermatology, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston–Salem, North Carolina; Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Dermatology, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Winston–Salem, North Carolina; and President, Dermatology Consulting Services, High Point, North Carolina. Dr. Draelos is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, among other organizations. She received the M.D. degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Lauren A. Thaman is the Global Director of P&G Beauty, Cincinnati, Ohio. She has worked in P&G Beauty Research & Development for more than 19 years, specializing in skin, hair, and scalp technology. She holds seven patents. Her work in product development, experimental design, and new test method development has been published in scientific media and presented at medical and scientific review meetings. She received the B.S. degree in chemistry from Miami University, Ohio, and the M.S. degree in pharmaceutical science from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
