Conveyancing is designed for trainee solicitors studying applied land law on the Professional Practice Course in Ireland and will also be of benefit to practitioners. The manual offers complete coverage of all the knowledge needed when practising conveyancing, including the legal concept of property, and the protection, acquisition, and movement of proprietary interests.

Featuring sample documentation and precedents illustrating the procedural aspects of conveyancing, this tenth edition has been fully revised to cover legislative changes, updates to taxation, and new practice directions and developments in property registration, including new sections on eRegistration, landdirect.ie, edischarges and expanded material on drafting a statement of title.

This edition also includes the QeD form (Quick electronic Discharge) for Residential Property; updated Law Society Practice notes; an update to HomeBond cover for new builds and updated sample deeds and notes on title chart. The principles of conveyancing practice are clearly explained, making the book an essential reference for both trainees and practitioners in the field.
