Michael R. Water is a professor of anthropology and geography at Texas A&M University and director of A&M’s Center for the Study of the First Americans. Charlotte D. Pevny received her PhD from Texas A&M University. She recently completed her post-doctorate as a research associate at the Center for the Study of the First Americans and currently works in the field of cultural resources management. David L. Carlson is an associate professor of anthropology at Texas A&M University and former head of the department. He received his PhD from Northwestern University.
