These short stories have a universal appeal to fishermen and to the general public. They are true events, sometimes humorous, about fishing adventures, mishaps, and also relationships, friendship and bonding. They are about encountering unexpected problems, and overcoming adversity. They paint a multicolor canvas of nature, an appreciation of the outdoors, and conservation of natural resources. As such, it will appeal to fishermen, outdoors enthusiasts, hikers, boaters, and especially family members and friends in their understanding of the lure of fishing.
