Daryl Synstelien is the author of Christ Alone-The Narrow Way. Daryl and his wife, Linda, have embraced the instruction of Proverbs 31:8, to ""Speak out on behalf of the voiceless, and for the rights of all who are vulnerable"" (Proverbs 31:8, CEB). They own and operate Synstelien Community Services, providing homes and quality residential care for adults with disabilities, since 1996. Daryl is best known, and most proud of being the father of two daughters, and grandfather to his delightful grandchildren.Knowing since his teenage years that he was called to serve the church, Daryl completed ministry and pastoral training in 1983, and has served in several capacities over the decades. His primary spiritual gift is to serve the church in administration and teaching. His greatest joy has been to serve as Elder Board Chairman and Chairman of the Congregation for Bethel Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
