At the end of December 2019, a series of cases of viral pneumonia caused by a new coronavirus appeared in Wuhan, China, and rapidly spread to all continents. This coronavirus, identified on airway samples, has been named SARS-CoV-2. The disease it causes has been designated COVID-19 for Coronavirus Disease 2019 by the WHO. It is essential to be able to diagnose this disease as early as possible in order to isolate infected subjects and thus limit the spread of the epidemic. Chest CT is an essential tool for the positive diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia, particularly in patients with acute respiratory failure. Chest CT also plays an important role in the management of complications.
