"This is introductory book for researchers, scientists and students in the area of organic and inorganic composite materials. This book has addressed timely the innovative topic ""chalcogenide-multiwalled carbon nanotubes and chalcogenide-bilayer graphene"" composite materials under a glassy regime. This book will give a clear idea on the concepts of the newly established composite materials area, by providing interpretations of inside physio-chemical mechanism. The remarkable landmark innovations related to this newly introduced research field are included in this book. Additionally, the possible futuristic applications in the area of nanoelectronics, optoelectronics, biomedical etc are also addressed."

"Dr. Abhay Kumar Singh, PhD, has been working in the area of materials physics for more than a decade including chalcogenide glasses, organic-inorganic composites materials, photovoltaics etc. His landmark work on the chalcogenide glassy materials were published in 2009, 2010, whereas, in 2012 his innovative research on chalcogenide - multi-walled carbon nanotubes and chalcogenide - bilayer graphene has established a new research area of the composite materials under a glassy regime. He has also worked extensively on different forms of the inorganic photovoltaic materials. Prof. Tien-Chien Jen, PhD, did Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. He has established a Joint Research Centre with Nanjing Tech University of China on the ""Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing."" Recently, he assumed the Directorship of Centre of Competence in Atomic Layer Deposition at the University of Johannesburg. In 2011 he was elected as ASME fellow. His vast numbers of theoretical and experimental scientific contributions in diverse areas have been published in renowned journals, book chapters and books."
