Chalcogenide-based materials have emerged as a promising class of materials, making them highly valuable in advancing technologies across optoelectronics, energy, and sustainability domains. Their infrared transparency and high non-linear optical responses enable innovative applications in photonics and energy-efficient systems. Their compatibility with flexible and low-cost fabrication methods supports the development of environmentally conscious and scalable solutions. As global demand grows for sustainable materials, chalcogenides offer a versatile platform to drive progress in next-generation electronic and energy technologies. Chalcogenide-Based Materials for Optoelectronics, Energy, and Sustainability explores the role of chalcogenide-based materials in materials science. This book examines chalcogenide-based nanocomposites, integrating materials science, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Covering topics such as material science, sustainability, and engineering, this book is an excellent resource for scientists, academics, educators, and policy analysts.
