Reviews for Byzantine Tarot: Wisdom from an Ancient Empire

Whether you are a connoisseur of such things or not this is a superbly illustrated box of beauty. It is wonderfully well observed and is a testament to the glories of the Empire that as Byzantium. Cilla Conways astute eye is evenly matched to the writing of John Matthews. The whole set is iconographic and revels in the testimony to an age long gone. Very recommended. -- David Elkington
