Ilona Bartuseviciene is an Associate Professor at Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania, and Managing Editor of the international scientific journal Intellectual Economics. She co-presided over the 2023 EBEEC International Scientific Conference and leads the research group ""Prospects for Resilient Economies in the Face of Uncertainty"" within the EBEEC network. Antanas Buracas is a Honorary Professor at Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania, and Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal Intellectual Economics. A member of the World Innovation Foundation and the European Association of Comparative Economic Studies, he is the author of the Encyclopedic Guide of Banking and Commerce series and over 40 publications on regional forecasting, social infrastructure, and meta-economics. Anastasios Karasavvoglou is a Professor of Economics at the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, and President of the annual international conference ""Economies of the Balkan and Eastern European Countries"". He has an extensive publication record, including books and articles focusing on immigration, regional development, and labor markets. Persefoni Polychronidou is an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods in the Department of Economic Sciences at the International Hellenic University, Greece. Her research specializes in statistical and data analysis, with numerous publications on empirical economic data. She is the co-editor of the International Journal of Business and Economic Sciences Applied Research and co-president of the annual ""Economies of the Balkan and Eastern European Countries"" conference.
