Derek Tao is a physical therapist and board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. He obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the UC San Francisco/San Francisco State University program and completed an orthopedic residency at UC San Francisco. His personal experience with rehabilitation in high school inspired him to pursue physical therapy. Derek lives in the Bay Area still and enjoys competitive running and leisurely dining.
