He was fly fishing by the time he was seven and lugging a camera with him at eleven. Dave Potter spent forty years as a public school principal and superintendent in Vermont. He is a wildlife photographer who has been documenting his experiences in the water or in the woods since 1958. Now in his eighties, he is still passionate about fly fishing and nature photography. Dave lives in Columbia, South Carolina. Bucktails and Fish Tails is his second book.
