Reviews for Bold British Design: Modern Living Spaces to Inspire Fearlessness and Creativity

In Bold British Design, the writer and stylist Emilio Pimentel-Reid has moved the spotlight firmly onto the next generation of tastemakers...Sarah Hogan captures the quirky details and idiosyncrasies of each space...Emilio's Interviews are far-reaching and honest, with a common philosophy: when creating your private space there are no rules. It feels like a good rule to design by. * House & Garden * Courageous, confident and fearless-that is the dictionary definition of bold. This book is full of visionaries creating interiors which are rich, original and creatively stimulating, reflecting the personality and wit of the occupants with a stylistic diversity proving that 'bold' is a spectrum far more broad than merely clashing colours. * The English Home * Over the decades, the UK has garnered a reputation for combining design innovation with heritage, wit and a dash of daring attitude. Bold British Design delves into the worlds of some of Britain's best-loved creatives and offers insider access to their homes, studios and processes, as well as advice on how to create an original personality-filled pad. * Elle Decoration * This book, written and styled by designer Emilio Pimentel-Reid, offers more to the reader than the traditional design book. In fact, think of it as a who's who directory of some of Britain's top design talents - from interior designers to ceramicists. * Architectural Digest *
