Sergio Rosales-Mendoza, PhD, is Professor of Biotechnology with wide experience in vaccine design and genetic engineering. His research topics include assembly of RNA viruses, RNA packaging, structural virology, and design of complex virus-like-particle systems for their application in biotechnology. Omar González-Ortega, PhD, is Professor at the Bioprocesses Engineering program holding a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering. His research experience includes bio-separations, nanobiotechnology, and mathematical modeling of chemical and biochemical processes.
