Her awards include a nomination for the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis and two special mentions for the BolognaRagazzi Award. Britta's work has been exhibited frequently in London galleries and at art fairs all over the world. She now lives and works in Berlin with her husband, son and their cat.
