Dr. Ming Jing is an Associate Professor at Institute of Belt and Road & Global Governance, at Fudan University, China. She received her L.L.M. degree in international law in New York University and her PhD in maritime law in Dalian Maritime University, China. Her research focuses on international economic law and rules concerning Belt and Road Initiatitve, especially rules on subsidies and global level playground and rules on harbor construction & operation and jurisdiction and admissibility in maritime litigations. She is author of The Legal Nature of Port Operators: Public Functions Undertaken by State-owned Enterprises from a Public Law Perspective (Shanghai Renmin, 2023). She has published in a series of top journals including Law Science, Global Law Review, Chinese Journal of Maritime Law, International Business Research, China Business and Market, Shanghai Finance, Frontiers in Marine Science, Land (MDPI) and World Affairs.
