At some point, every basketball player dreams of being great. They visualize a more athletic, finely conditioned, well skilled player. What every player needs at that point is the information that allows them to make their dream come to life. Basketball Strength puts a player's body into the type of action that allows them to draw closer to the goal witnessed in mind. Basketball Strength is the program for total player development using biomechanics and bio feedback as the main tools. Coach, David Lemanczyk designed this system of Basketball Strength to prevent injuries, correct muscular imbalances, and enhance performance. In reading testimonials, it is clear that this program transcends beyond Basketball itself as a way to connect body mind and spirit. The perspective shared in Basketball Strength reflects master level playing, training, and coaching experience in an easy-to-understand format that promotes immediate assessment, learning, and teaching. Sky is no limit.

"Dave has always had a fond love of basketball and physical training. He has committed his life to this pursuit of instruction. He played basketball as a Nassau Community College Lion for one year at small forward before accepting a basketball scholarship and transferring to the University of Bridgeport. For two consecutive basketball seasons under head coach Bruce Webster (1998-2000), David led the N.E.C.C. in rebounds per game despite being undersized at 6'-4"". While at the University of Bridgeport, Dave established himself as an All-Conference and All-Northeast performer. In Dave's senior season (1999-2000) his talents were recognized by professional scouts both domestically and internationally. Upon graduation from the University of Bridgeport in 2000, David signed a contract to play Professional European Basketball (CD. Nacional). This achievement represented a huge milestone for him and a continuance of the professional athletics family lineage. Dave played one year for C.D. Nacional located in Funchal, Madeira Island, Portugal. Lemanczyk averaged over twenty points and ten rebounds at the shooting guard position during his yearly stay. He would attend various free agent camps in the following three years (2001-2003) but would not sign another professional contract. In 2003, Dave decided to go back to school and earn a Master of Science in Physical Education from Hofstra University. Dave properly motivates, inspires and educates the mass of people looking for the truth to our human physicality. He does this through proper pedagogical progression in basketball training instruction (BASKETBALL STRENGTH)."
