Dr. M. Sirajudeen is an accomplished academic and researcher with over 20 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Jamal Mohamed College, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. His expertise lies in the interconnected fields of Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management (HRM). Dr. Sirajudeen's commitment to academic excellence is evident in his impressive educational background. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathidasan University, complemented by M.Phil. degrees in both Commerce and Management. His academic qualifications also include an MBA, M.Com., MA in English, PGDCA, and DCHT. He has further demonstrated his expertise by qualifying for the NET (Commerce) and SET (Commerce) examinations. Dr. Sirajudeen has a distinguished teaching career, spanning over two decades at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has dedicated more than 15 years to guiding M.Phil. research, mentoring a substantial number of students pursuing MBA, M.Com., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees. Dr. T. Muthukumar has been teaching commerce and management for over 13 years and is currently an Assistant Professor at Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Trichy. He's earned a Ph.D. from Jamal Mohamed College (Bharathidasan University), as well as M.Phil and M.Com degrees from National College, Trichy. He's also qualified for the SET exam. Dr. Muthukumar is passionate about his research, which has been published in international journals, and he enjoys sharing his findings at conferences. Dr. D. Sugumar is the Principal of CARE College of Arts & Science. He holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Com., MBA, and has also qualified SET in Management. With over 20 years of teaching experience and a background in the finance industry, he has developed expertise in corporate finance, global finance, entrepreneurial financing, public finance, strategic management, human resource management, and marketing. He has published research in various national and international journals and serves as the Editor of the CARE Journal of Management. Recognized for his academic contributions, he has received prestigious awards, including the ""Best Researcher Award"" and the ""Best Faculty in Business Management"" Award.
