Reviews for Basic Computer Skills Made Simple XP Version

'This book is the perfect manual for anyone who would like to learn how to operate their computer from scratch. It is possible for a first-timer to pick up this book, learn how to turn on the computer, follow the instructions and with practice, progress to becoming a proficient user. All the directions are clearly illustrated with diagrams that break up the small, concise areas of text. When a new skill is being taught, it is accompanied by step-by-step instructions. Helpful notes and tips are highlighted in separate text boxes. At just GBP9, Basic Computer Skills Made Simple is an essential, easy-to-follow guide for those cautiously mastering their computer.' Amy Belchetz - Computeractive, May 2002 'The large jargon-free text & annotated pictures makes the web section palatable enough for even the most technologically stunted of brains.'
