Nicholas M. Krohn has always had a love for both writing and the Lord. Nicholas received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour at the age of nine, thanks to his faith-filled mother and a godly church. After his salvation, Nicholas spent most of his childhood free time jotting down fantastical stories. When he was a teenager, Nicholas discovered that writing was his calling from God. When attending Heartland Baptist Bible College, Nicholas began seriously writing and self-publishing novels with the desire that they would both wholesomely entertain readers yet bring glory to God's name. It was here that he met his wife, Marissa, whom he married in 2017 (and who is an invaluable part of Nicholas' writing process by means of cover art, editing, inspiration, and simply saying ""That doesn't make sense"" when certain ideas are thrown at her). Halfway through college, Nicholas also realized that he could do more than just write Christian Fiction. After deep study in the Bible and graduating from Heartland Baptist Bible College in 2020, Nicholas made it his mission to not only point to the Lord with his fiction novels but to expound on the Word of God itself through commentaries, in-depth studies, and other such works of literature. Nicholas continues to pursue this work while living in Iowa with his wife and children.
As a pastor, it is my privilege to recommend ""Baptist Apologetics"" by Nicholas M. Krohn to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the Baptist faith and the essential role of apologetics within our tradition. This book offers a thorough and compelling defense of the Baptist perspective, addressing critical questions and challenges faced by believers today. Krohn's work is rooted in Scripture, providing clear and articulate explanations of key doctrines, while also engaging with contemporary issues and objections. His approach is both scholarly and accessible, making it an invaluable resource for both laypeople and church leaders. ""Baptist Apologetics"" not only equips readers with the knowledge to defend their faith but also inspires a greater appreciation for the rich theological heritage of the Baptist tradition. It is an essential addition to any Christian's library, particularly those within the Baptist denomination. I wholeheartedly endorse this book and believe it will greatly benefit anyone seeking to strengthen their faith and understanding of Baptist theology. - Scott Peace, Senior Pastor at Heritage Baptist Churc
