Magno Oliveira Macambira is a professor at the State University of Feira de Santana, Brazil, and develops studies on organizational behavior and social network analysis in work context. He holds a PHD in psychology from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil, and is a member of the Working Group on Organizational Culture and Health at Work of the Brazilian National Association of Graduate Studies in Psychology (ANPEPP). Helenides Mendonça is a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás, Brazil. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Brasília, Brazil, and is a post-doctoral fellow at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal. Her main line of research is in psychosocial processes at work, with a priority focus on the following themes: culture and organizational justice, workers’ health, coping and well-being at work. Maria das Graças Torres Paz is a professor in the Social, Work and Organizational Psychology Graduate Program at the University of Brasília, Brazil, and develops her teaching, research and consultancy activities in organizational and work psychology, in the following major lines: cultural profile of organizations, organizational, group and individual power, organizational justice and personal well-being in organizations, relating the variables associated to the referenced lines with the organizational management practices. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and has developed postdoctoral studies at Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.
