Nadia Paredes MA, LMFT, ATR is the former President of the American Art Therapy Association (2024/25). She is a Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, and Intuition Painting Facilitator. Nadia helps people connect with their inner creativity and empowers minds and souls through her expressive arts programmes. Her offerings include mindfulness-based programs using embodied arts, art journaling for personal wellness, and international speaking engagements. She hosts a podcast in Spanish called Revoluci n Creativa, where she shares information about using art as a mental health practice. Nadia is also an art therapy supervisor and adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University.
