Looking back on his childhood and his rise to stardom, Allen is constantly self deprecating of his own talent but generously praises those of others even those that have stated they regret working with him. He delves into the allegation made against him in some detail and plainly and meticulously states his case.
However it’s his films that fascinate me and this is where the book entertains- his love of music, basketball and his wife Soon-Yi are really all he needs-with an endless talent for wonderful one-liners this is a biography that will not disappoint. Greg
