Syed Shah Alam is an Associate Professor at the College of Business Administration (CBA), Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. He started his teaching career in January 2005 and until now he taught Marketing Research, Global Marketing, Business Research Methods, Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Sales Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior at postgraduate level, and International Marketing, E-Commerce, Product Innovation and Branding, Product Marketing and Management and Business Communication subjects at undergraduate level. Prior to joining to the Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia he taught at the National University of Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia and Multimedia University Malaysia (MMU). Dr Alam is the recipient of an “Excellent Service Award” at the National University of Malaysia in 2011. Beside teaching he is actively involved with research. In addition, he has written for leading international journals, including Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Renewable Energy, The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Tourism Futures, and has co-authored for five text book; Product Management & Strategy published by McGraw-Hill, Principles of E-Commerce, Essentials of Internet Marketing published by Pearson Education, Small Business Marketing, Internet Banking and Product Innovation and Branding. He has published more than 150 articles into top tier journals. He has been listed in the Stanford University list of Top 2% Scientist in the world as being the most cited scientist in a large range of disciplines. Mohammad Ridhwanul Haq is currently serving as a Professor of Marketing at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He obtained his PhD in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney, Masters from The Australian National University. Prior to that, he completed his MBA and BBA major in Marketing from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. Prof. Ridhwanul Haq authored a large number of scholarly publications in well-accredited, peer-reviewed journals published in the country and abroad. Currently, he is supervising a number of students who are doing DBA research at IBA. He is well known for his research track record in Consumer socialization and strategic service industry management. He recently publish “Bangladesh Business Case”, first ever business case book in Bangladesh tributing to Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Recently, Dr. Haq has authored 5 business cases in “Essential of Modern Marketing” book with Professor Philip Kotler. During his career, Prof. Ridhwanul Haq has been a freelance consultant and advisor to many prominent companies in the areas of market development. He presented numerous seminars on contemporary issues in marketing different countries around the world. Moreover, he has actively engaged himself as a corporate trainer in local and multinational organizations. Prof. Ridhwanul Haq also served as a visiting professor at Taylors University, Malaysia Husam Ahmad Kokash is a highly accomplished academic and marketing professional with a wealth of experience in the field. Currently, he holds the position of Chairman of the Department of Marketing at Prince Sultan University's College of Business Administration (CBA) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Dr. Kokash has held various prominent roles in academia and administration. He has served as a dedicated faculty member and Associate Professor at both Prince Sultan University and Al Ahliyya Amman University, where he played a pivotal role in shaping students' marketing knowledge and skills. At Al Ahliyya Amman University, he also demonstrated exemplary leadership as the Chairman of the Marketing Department, the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, and the Vice Dean for Quality Assurance and Accreditation at the College of Business Administration (CBA). Dr. Kokash's educational background is in the area of marketing, with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing Research from the Universidad de Málaga - Spain. He has also obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from the same esteemed institution. These academic achievements, coupled with his extensive teaching and administrative experience, underscore his profound expertise in the field of marketing. Notably, Dr. Kokash possesses fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Arabic, and English. Dr Ahmed's professional background, marked by roles in data analysis, project management, and statistical data collection, combined with his scholarly endeavors, presents a rich tapestry of expertise. His work, widely published in esteemed journals, spans a variety of topics within digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior, informed by his profound understanding of analytical tools like SPSS and SmartPLS. Mst. Nilufar Ahsan is a Part time Researcher, Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Her task is to complete the methodology part and analyze the data. Her another task is to interpret analysis results. She has completed her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Selangor Malaysia. She has completed her Master of Management from the University of Rajshahi Bangladesh. She is the co-author of Product Innovation and Branding Book and published twelve articles in to reputed journals. He actively involves in all academic endeavor.
