Anandhavalli Muniasamy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at King Khalid University (KKU), Saudi Arabia. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University, India. Her primary research interests include data mining, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), soft computing, and data science, with a specific focus on machine learning and deep learning applications for advanced data analysis. She has an impressive academic and research portfolio, having published over 35 research articles in prestigious international journals and book chapters. She has actively participated in more than 30 national and international conferences, presenting her work on cutting-edge computational techniques and edited book publications. As a Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator, she has led several university-funded research projectsand served as the Principal Investigator for a funded project supported by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).In addition to her research contributions, Dr. Muniasamy has been a dedicated manuscript reviewer for leading international journals for over a decade and a Ph.D. thesis examiner for multiple universities. She has also been invited to deliver guest lectures and serves as an editorial board member for various renowned journals and conferences. She is an active member of professional organizations such as the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), the Computer Society of India (CSI), and the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT). Her current research focuses on leveraging AI-driven techniques, particularly machine learning and deep learning, to solve complex problems in medical data analysis and deliver innovative solutions in her field. Holding a PhD from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, he has an impressive research portfolio, including an h-index of 22, an i10-index of 33, and 2,139 citations with a ResearchGate score of 883. His accolades include the CSIR Young Scientist Award (Biology) in 2004, the AICTE Career Award for Young Teachers (2006), and the Sh. Mohamed Research Prize (Bahrain Research Day, 2018), among others. Dr. Karunakaran has held esteemed roles at institutions such as King Khalid University and the Himalayan Pharmacy Institute, contributing significantly to pharmacology and drug research. With 94 publications, five books, and 11 book chapters, his expertise spans pharmacovigilance, medical device monitoring, and curriculum development for pharmacy education in India and abroad.
