Annals of the University of International Business and Economics Library (Annuals of the UIBE Library, or Annuals for short) records important and special events in the administration and operation of the UIBE Library (located in Beijing, China) in chronological order. As the fourth volume of the Annuals, this book records the events from 2019 to January 18, 2022. This period encompasses the completion of the reorganization of the library's underground collection, the adjustment of the layout for the collection of Chinese books, the development of the document that outlines the main responsibilities of the library, the draft and revision of the document for the construction of internal control systems, the clean-up of the library lost and found, as well as the 2021 Annual Conference of the National Special Committee of Library and Information Sciences for Finance and Economics Universities in Beijing.
