Pastoral leadership is a calling with unique challenges. But with all the deep struggles there are also heights of joy.

Through life's journey, it is the all-sufficient and wondrous grace of God that carries and enables us to fulfil our appointed script. This book is a testimony to the greatness of God's grace in one man's pastoral formation and ministry-from leading a home group as a lay person to pastoring a local church and then to shepherding the Anglican Church of Singapore as her bishop.

He has written to inspire holy confidence and joy in all fellow-pilgrims, especially those entrusted with the leadership and care of God's flock, of every size and setting.
