Froilan Mobo He is a Doctor of Public Administration graduate from the Urdaneta City University Class of 2016 and a graduate of the 2nd Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Development Education program at the Central Luzon State University, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, Class of 2022. After obtaining his doctorate degree, he was promoted to the position of Professor II in the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), and this allowed him to work with different international research institutions, such as the Director and Research Consultant of the IKSAD Research Institute, Turkey. At present, he is in the process of finishing his 3rd Masters's degree, leading to Social Studies Education at Bicol University. Recently, Dr. Mobo was able to pass Batch 3--Certified Research Professional--and made it to the top 5 spots. He also took and passed the Certified Human Resource Associate given by the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines. He was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, Malang, Indonesia. As a researcher by heart, he is an external peer reviewer in various international journals. He has been invited as a keynote or resource speaker at various international conferences abroad and international universities around the globe. He was named an Outstanding Alumnus of the Graduate School of Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan, in 2019 and a Multi-Awarded International Researcher and Global Leader from 2020 to the present. Recently, he was appointed as the Ambassador at Large, Country Ambassador, and Director for the International Human Rights Movement Philippines under the umbrella of the United Nations, and he was elected as the President of the Student Council of the Graduate School of the Bicol University Open University on May 25, 2024. He has been appointed as a technical research evaluator by the Department of Science and Technology. He has published 106 research articles with 171 citations indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, and ASEAN Citation Index. He also published 12 international books in Europe, Indonesia, and the Philippines, along with four copyrighted research papers issued by the Intellectual Property of the Philippines.
