Glenn Pajarito is a creative director and Managing Partner at Rough Draft NYC, a creative agency founded in 2014. Over a twenty-year career, he has held executive creative roles at some of the world's most recognized brands and agencies and built or contributed to campaigns for clients across sports, technology, retail, and consumer goods. He grew up in San Diego and started his career as a graphic designer at snowboard, surf, and skateboard brands. When he made the shift to an ad agency, it wasn't long until he made the move to New York to become a Creative Director on Madison Avenue. Glenn has worked with more brands than any other creative professional including Google, NBC, Citi, Samsung, Anheuser-Busch, LEGO, American Airlines, NBA, Microsoft, Target, and hundreds more. His work has been recognized with at The One Show, the Webbys, Clios, and campaigns across multiple Super Bowls and the Olympics. He has also opened a coworking space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn-which he ran with his wife, Alison, a two-time Emmy Award-winning designer-and a Filipino restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn. Today, Glenn works with clients across New York and beyond from Berlin, where he lives with his wife, Alison, and their three sons. Agency of One is his first book.
