Robert L. Foley Sr. was a pastor, theologian, and faith-based public health advocate. For nearly twenty years, he served as a founding collaborator of Bronx Health REACH, integrating Christian theology with community organizing and public policy engagement. In 1978, he organized and founded Cosmopolitan Church of the Lord Jesus in the Bronx, New York, and faithfully served as its pastor until called to his reward in 2019. His ministry united pastoral care, moral clarity, and social responsibility, leaving a legacy of reflective faith and principled leadership.
