Serkan Derici, who works at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, has scientific studies on digitalization, big data, machine learning, multi-criteria decision making and supply chain management. Currently working as Assistant Professor and Associate Dean at the same institution, Derici wrote his master's thesis on Service Quality with Fuzzy AHP and his PhD thesis on Supply Chain Management with Big Data and Machine Learning Algorithms. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Operations Research, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Decision Making and Multi-Criteria Decision Making. Additionally, he serves as a journal editor and quality manager. In addition to his published works, he has published books on digital supply chain management and big data, digital transformations.
