As the aviation industry faces pressure to reduce its environmental impact, advancements in nanomaterials emerge as a path towards sustainability. These materials offer enhanced thermal stability, and improved fuel efficiency, enabling the development of lighter and more energy-efficient aircraft. Nanomaterials revolutionize aircraft design and performance. By integrating these technologies, the aviation sector can make strides toward reducing carbon emissions, conserving fuel, and achieving long-term sustainability goals. Further research into sustainable nanomaterials science may help decrease the environmental footprint of aircraft throughout their lifecycle. Advancements in Nanomaterials for Sustainable Aviation explores how nanomaterials revolutionize aerospace engineering. It investigates the synthesis, functionalization, and characterization of graphene, examining new developments including graphene-enhanced 3D printing and its promise for next-generation aviation technologies. This book covers topics such as aerospace engineering, nanotechnology, and sustainable development, and is a useful resource for engineers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
