Dr. Gunjan Gupta , (finalists for prestigious HERS SA Young achievers Award), received B.Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication) and M. Tech (VLSI) degrees from India in 2006 and 2011 respectively, DEng in Renewable Energy from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, in 2018. She started her career in 2006, an academic experience of more than 18 years and supervised more than 200 Undergraduate students. She worked as a Post Doctoral Researcher (Satellite Systems Design) at French South African Institute of Technology for three years (2020-2023). Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, member of African Space Innovation Centre (ASIC), F’SATI at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), Bellville, South Africa. She has published numerous technical papers in accredited Journals, peer-reviewed conference proceedings and book chapters. Her research focusses on LoRa Networks (Reliability and accuracy), LPWAN Technologies, LoRa based Air quality IoT devices, LoRa WAN in satellite communication (CUBESATS), Satellite systems mission and design. Her current research activities include Integration of LoRaWAN and 5G for IoT, LoRa Direct-to-Satellites, IoT ground station. She lectured various subjects including Solid State Devices & Circuits, Digital Systems-(1 & 2), Communication Systems, Electronic Communication, Physics, Electromagnetic Field Theory, etc. She is a recipient of numerous awards which includes Teaching Excellence Award, Best adopting faculty, merit award for batch topper, Student activity council member, best paper awards in national and international conferences Dr. Neha Goel , working as Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, RKGIT, Ghaziabad, India. She has Ph.D. degree from SRM University, Chennai, in 2019. She has 19 years of rich experience in teaching and research and development activities. Her area of interest is VLSI design, CMOS design, Internet of Things, and machine learning. She has more than 20 published papers in Scopus Indexed Journals/ Conferences and 4 other reputed journals along with more than 25 International/ National conferences papers presented. Also Published 3 Indian patent, 1 patent grant, 4 Books Published, 13 book Chapters. She has guided more than 42 B.Tech projects along with 4 M.Tech thesis projects. She has also attended various FDPs, workshops and seminars in various fields. Dr. Mritunjay Rai is an accomplished researcher and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Barabanki, India. With a specialization in digital image processing, machine learning, and thermal imaging, Dr. Rai’s research addresses complex computational challenges in biomedical imaging, surveillance systems, and emotion recognition technologies. His doctoral research, completed in 2023 at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, focused on algorithmic advancements for real-time thermal imaging applications. He holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Control from BIT Mesra, where his work centered on intelligent video surveillance systems. Dr. Rai has an extensive publication record in journals such as The Journal of Supercomputing and Multimedia Tools and Applications, where his studies contribute novel approaches to thermal imaging-based motion detection, deep learning frameworks for medical diagnostics, and automated systems for human emotion recognition via facial feature analysis. His research is underscored by a commitment to improving algorithmic accuracy and processing efficiency in real-time applications. Dr. Rai is also engaged in editing high-impact books with IGI Global, Wiley, and Elsevier, covering critical topics like AI-integrated surveillance and the use of computational intelligence in healthcare and disaster prediction. Among his significant projects is a government-funded initiative to develop a thermal imaging system for early detection of diabetic foot ulcers, leveraging advanced data processing and sensor fusion techniques. Dr. Rai’s ongoing editorial work further spans areas like AI-driven agricultural quality assessment and predictive healthcare, alongside his primary focus on computational methodologies in next-generation surveillance systems. His research continues to bridge the gap between computational intelligence and practical applications in industrial, healthcare, and environmental contexts, marking him as a key innovator in the fields of machine learning and biomedical imaging. Dr. R.K. Yadav , is a Professor and Head of Electronics and Communication Engineering at RGIT, Ghaziabad. He has more than 22 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of microwaves, EM waves and Image processing. He has 60 papers to his credit in international/national journals, conferences, and symposiums, and he has published a book on microwave engineering. Currently, his active research is in the field of microwave engineering, image processing, and integrated circuits. He is a member of IEEE. Mr. Sandeep Bhatia , dedicated Associate Professor with more than 16 years of rich experience inteaching, research, and development activities. He is teaching undergraduate and post-graduate courses in the branch of CSE and ECE. He has one-year industry experience as ahardware engineer at C-DAC Mohali, Punjab. Presently, He is working as an AssistantProfessor in the Department of CSE, Galgotias University, Greater Noida. He also worked asScientific officer (TIFAC-CORE) and Assistant Professor at AKGEC Ghaziabad. He isPursuing Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, Central University, New Delhi in the field of IoTand Embedded System Design. He has completed his M.E from PEC University ofTechnology, Chandigarh in the field of Embedded System in the year 2010. He has completedhis B.Tech from PTU Jalandhar in the year 2008. He has more than 28 published papers in Scopus Indexed Journals/ Conferences and 4 other reputed journals along with more than 25 International/ National conferences papers presented. Also Published 7 patents, 1 Indiandesign patent grant, 2 Books Published, 5 book Chapters, attended various FDPs andcompleted various online courses including NPTEL. He has guided more than 42 B.Techprojects along with 6 M.Tech/ MCA thesis projects.
