Adelina started cooking with her Mum in the kitchen of their home in the small Calabrian town of Cervicati in the province of Cosenza, Italy as a very young girl. After emigrating to Australia as a teenager her passion for cooking continued and she graduated from college as a fully qualified Chef going on to work in some of Melbournes best loved Italian restaurants. As a tribute to and in memory of her late Mum Vincenza Fiorito and her early cooking experiences in Calabria Adelina has written her fourth book Dolce & Salato - Sweet & Savoury My Culinary journey from Calabria to Australia. Adelina's fourth book combines both new & traditional sweet & savoury recipes in the one book. They are all new recipes and not previously published in her earlier books. All recipes are bilingual, written in both English and Italian. Each recipe has a colour photo to accompany it.
